I have a problem with my nickname reverting to default one: fans55aab121


Every other time I log in it goes back to this... instead staying how I have changed it: tgchan

Also, my old gear: osmo pocket 1 still shows up on my profile despite contacting moderators about it...

My new osmo pocket 3 does not show on the profile...


Can someone fix it, please?

Thank you for your feedback, and we completely understand your concerns.

Regarding the forum naming rules, if you set a user name, but the user name is the same as your forum-registered email's pre-fix, (for example, you set your user name as Jone_Doe while your email is Jon_Doe@website.com), your user name will also be changed to "fans + random number". Could you kindly check if your user name is the same as your email name?
