I am writing to express my significant frustration and disappointment with the lack of resolution and poor customer service I have encountered in my recent interactions with DJI.

Despite numerous attempts to resolve my issue, they keep on saying waiting for another team’s response initially said its gonna take 5 business days later said more 8 businesses days and now there is no response and not replying to emails, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. The lack of communication and follow-through from your customer service team has been particularly disappointing
