When I record on my Osmo Pocket 3 with the DJI Mic 2, in 95% of cases I have extraneous noise that can be heard in the video, as well as on the backup sound file recorded internally in the microphone ; this noise is audible in the downloadable file below; the problem probably does not come from the camera because recording on the camera's internal microphone is done correctly as well as if I use the DJI Mic 1 connected via USB C. thank you for help

That is RFI - Radio Frequency Interference.  Are you using the TX close to something that could cause this? A mobile 'phone? Computer?  Some devices emit a lot of RFI and if you use a TX or sometimes even RX, in close proximity, this is what it sounds like. Some external Lavalier mics can also make the system more susceptible to this problem, as can some cameras. Never had the issue myself with the MIC 2 and Pocket 3.

Hello everybody, thank you for responses
1° I think the mic is connected by bluetooth as there is continuous blue light
2° same trouble when using outdoor without any electronic device in the vicinity :-(

Hi there, thank you for the response. It would be best if you can share us the original file in the microSD card and also you Somo Pocket 3 device log so we can forward it to our engineering team and check further?

You may export the logs from Osmo Pocket 3 by following the below instructions :
- Insert the microSD card into Osmo Pocket 3.
- Swipe down from the top of the screen, select Settings, choose Device Info, and then tap Export Log to generate log files.
- After logs are exported, connect the device to a computer by using a Type-C cable.
- To locate the log files, open My Computer and access the microSD card drive (with the corresponding drive letter). From there, navigate to the logs folder.

Ok weird.
It does sound like digital interference, but usually that is caused by something close by. (or very strong)

I have also tested to pair the mic with my iPhone and set the DJI Mic 2 as audio source in the Blackmagic camera app ; then same noise when registering video

Hmm... this sounds like you may have a defective unit with poor shielding or incorrect internal grounding. It certainly sounds identical to RFI breakthrough from something. I have 4 Mic 2 transmitters and use them directly with the Pocket 3 and Action 4, also with the receiver for other cameras or into audio recorders. Never heard a sign of RFI with any of them, no matter how connected (2.4G wi-fi or Bluetooth). I also have an older backup, reserve 2.4G wireless kit from another manufacturer, and if you put that too close to an audio recorder, yes, you get instant RFI breakthrough that is almost identical to what you are hearing. Hope you get this resolved.

recording internally on the mic alone is OK, as well as when connected to my Mac by bluetooth, but noisy again when recording connected by bluetooth to my iphone

I have made some more testing and found that the annoying noise occurs only when the windshield is inserted into the Mic 2 ; as I have another problem (with wifi) see https://forum.dji.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=315290 , I'll send it back for replacement .

DJI support quickly made a replacement at no cost, included shipping, of my faulty Osmo pocket 3 combo ; I received it today and working fine ; I am very satisfied with the DJI after sales. And also thank you here for advices.
