Hi there,
We are truly sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We would like to suggest some basic troubleshoot before proceed for repair or replacement.
1) Make sure the device is running on the latest firmware version and try step 2
2) Could you charge everything first and make sure the TX and RX is fully charged too and see if the battery of the case still drain to 0% overnight.
