Hi there, after checking with our service center, since the product is already out of warranty, you could only have the paid repair service. The data analysis is aimed at understanding the cause of accident as much as possible, thus the result will not affect the final solution and you still need to pay for the repair. Thanks.

DJI's service is abysmally bad, it's hard to reach and it's not structured in a customer-oriented way at all. And what weighs most heavily is the fact that an entire supply chain collapses because of a small thing in the shopping cart. The memory card is not available and of course the drone can't be shipped. DJI's problem is obviously its size and therefore its inability to react flexibly. With that in mind, I hope you have a great time.
