Hello,
In the user manual it is said "When Osmo Pocket 3 is linked with DJI Mic 2 Transmitter and working in the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi frequency band, Dji Mimo cannot connect to Osmo Pocket 3. Either change the Wi-Fi frequency band of Osmo Pocket 3 to 5.8GHz or disconnect DJI Mic 2 Transmitter before connecting to the DJI Mimo app."
And as said, when I connect the Mimo app it works, but the DJI Mic 2 is disconnected. Then in the camera parameters I try to set the wifi frequency to 5.8GHz, but it is disabled and greyed, only the 2.4GHz is available.
Any idea please ?

It looks like your phone only supports 2,4 Ghz, and the Pocket and phone are connected via 2,4 Ghz? Then, it's not possible to also maintain a 5,8 Ghz connection

hello, unless I'm mistaken, my iphone se 2nd can connect at 5.8GHz; moreover in the camera menu this frequency is grayed out and inaccessible, even when it is not connected to the mimo app

Looking at your screen, you're in a French country. It could be that 5,8Ghz wifi is forbidden in the country where you are? Or maybe you bought the Pocket 3 in such a country (for example Japan).

Have you tried other type of phone device and repeated all the operations above?
Maybe it can help you to find out if the phone device problems or others.

thank you for the advice ; I have tested with an Android phone ; same result ; anyway the 5.8 is disabled even when no memo app is connected to the camera

Try resetting the camera to its factory settings. I had a problem with 10-bit image in Action 4 and after a factory reset the problem disappeared

Hello, thanks for the advice but I have to send the camera back due to a problem with the mic 2 (in the combo) ; I hope the new one not faulty ;-)

No change with factory settings ; as I have another problem with the Mic 2 (this is a combo) I'll send it back for replacement.

Был получен ответ. Для России и Украины этот тип стандарта отключен.
