Hello (oh God, thanks I can finally post!)
I've got DJI Focus, firmware 1.5. After I do a manual calibration the motor spins so quickly and rudely, so it just smashes focus gear and almost snaps it's teeth.
I wanted to try to upgrade - the software made for that purpose no longer works, and I'm stuck with what it is. I did a reset - it did nothing.

Is there a way to fix this odd and distructive behaviour?

I've been waiting a week just to be able to post here and intended that somebody could provide some support from DJI side. And that's it?
