I'm not one to complain nor am i a negative dude but I've just about had it with DJI.  I'll get into that later but in the meantime....

Esc16100019 code.

Mini 4 Pro.  Not crashed. In fact, i was out in backcountry and it did the ol "account not logged in" and couldn't use it the entire trip!   Came home, loved in, completed updates. All updates are done as of today. I've restarted as instructed, many times.

Code won't go away.

Went to YouTube and noticed that this is a common issue. Did a factory reset on the drone which i was hoping would fix it.

Nope.

I have two mini pro4 that are down and out. A mavic 2 air s that glitches out hard and battery life is now half and my gf has the mini 3 pro.  4 dji drones in the house, right now. 3 are down.

I am guiding again in 2 weeks and my customers expect the footage.   

Any other tricks in the bag or does it have to go back to dji??

Hi Backcountry Bandit, thank you for reaching out. After checking, the error code indicate that an ESC connection error has occurred. It is recommended to send the product back to DJI for repair.
