i got an update for my rs4 pro but focus handle when i switch to it says wrong firmware and updates to handles firmware and all my lenses get lost. then switch back to rs4 pro and it updates there and lenses are there. i thought lenses were stored in the motors? i am using same motor, just switching from rs4 pro grip to focus grip. is there an update to bring the focus handle in line with the gimbal? seems like these two should work in tandem with firmware releases. or am i doing something wrong?

here you go. so it's on gimbal firmware version to start video. then when i switched lidar+motor to focus pro handle, then back to gimbal. can see i get inconsistent firmware error when doing so. also the lens profiles dont move between them either. not sure if they should or not or if i have to set up each handle individually.

Having the same issue. It makes it impossible to use in a professional setting. Please fix this!
Also in addition to incompatible firmware between Focus Pro Handle and RS4 Pro, I also get the same issue when using the Focus Pro Hand Unit.

Not only this but now have transmission system with monitor. Not only do focus handle and RS4 pro not match but now rs4 pro doesn't give me the 15 slots and neither does transmission. (I get the 3)

Also why did they omit joystick on handle?

Also not bashing this. I look at my manual footage and missed focus and so many regrets. This is a severe improvement

Same issue here. Everytime I switch from the Handgrip to the RS4 Pro it prompts me to upgrade the firmware for inconsistent version.

Same Issue, Is it solve yet? I lost all my profile that I set on grip unit after I set on Rs4 Pro, I cant find it either in grip unit after that

Encountered this today too, very annoying since it erased some lens profiles at random while switching and some had their name/focal length messed up... not happy at all.

I‘m having the same issue. I connected both the Handgrip and the gimbal (RS 4 Pro) to the app to make sure they‘re running on the newest firmware. Everytime I switch the setup from handheld to gimbal, it says inconsistent firmware. And where are all the 15 lens profiles? There are only 3 which I have to programm again?

My workaround is using the handgrip together with the gimbal and using long usb cables, which I don‘t like.

After trying again today I lost all of my lens profiles too. Is there a way to export/save and load the lens calibration to/from an external source (PC, app…)?

It‘s really annoying when you have to recalibrate like 10 lenses…

Or just fix the issue with the incompatiblity.

Can someone from DJI jump in? Is there a workaround (maybe downgrade the firmware?)

And can someone confirm that there are only 3 lens profiles available on the DJI RS 4? I was watching a youtuber telling there should be 15 too.

I have the feeling that this topic is in the wrong section of the forum and maybe this is the reason it is not read by the relevant DJI team.
Maybe it should be moved to Ronin>Focus Pro

that is highly possible. i didnt notice that subforum when i initially posted this. if any admin wants to move it for more help would be great. at this point ive sadly not been using my grip due to the conflicts between the RS4 Pro [[and High Brite+Transmission system] and the Focus Grip. would be nice if they really developed these all together within the mobile app, which could really use a lot of advancement in the lens capabilities just saving your lenses in the app and loading whatever 3 from there since all else but focus grip only supports 3. and being able to name them as well... know im asking for a lot but kind of needed.
