I am not able to update the controller, I continue to get Server Exception 2-0 using DJI Assistant 2 on my computer, it also does NOT work using the app, my drone is the Mavic Air 2

We apologize for the inconvenience that occured. Could you please try to connect the remote controller with the DJI APP.
Then go to the DJI Fly app, tap “Connection Guide” on the home page and select the target model to initiate the firmware update check.
PS: Please do not directly go to “Profile” > “Check for Firmware Update” after connecting the remote controller with the DJI APP, no firmware may be available.
If the presiss still occurs, please send us the screenshot, we will help you to check it out. |
