Whenever I try to use head tracking with my Mini 4 Pro, Goggles 3, and Motion Controller 3, my camera jumps constantly. Is there a fix for this? It obviously makes for unusuable footage.

Hi there,
thank you for reaching out.

Before we move forward, please provide the firmware version of each device. Additionally, we need to gather the aircraft log and the flight test time. Having this extra information will allow us to analyze the situation more effectively.

Looking forward to your response. Thank you.

Do I just need to send this in for repair? I literally just received it as a (paid-for) replacement for a crashed one. I'm guessing it is a refurbished one that wasn't refurbished quite right. I don't know how to get you the "aircraft log."

Hello, here are the firmware numbers you asked for:
Aircraft FW 01.00.06.00
Goggles FW 01.00.03.00
Remote Controller FW 01.00.01.00

I just need to know if this is something I can fix or must it be sent in?

I realized the same camery jumping during one of my last flights.
So I'm rather sure that it's not your drone, but a bug in the combination of Mini4 Pro, Goggles 3 and Motion Controller 3 with head tracking engaged.
I hope DJI finds a fix for this.

Hi there, thank you for reaching out and we do apologize for the experience. May I confirm if the firmware version for all drone , remote controller and goggles has been updated to the latest versions? It would be really helpful if you can share us the aircraft log and the flight test time. Having this extra information will allow us to analyze the situation more effectively.

Looking forward to your response. Thank you.

I guess I found the solution at least for my problem. I took a closer look at the two "jumping effect" videos I saved from the Goggles (with screen data) and found out: When the camera started to jump, I had a bad RC and/or HD connection, jumping between red and yellow. As soon as a stable connection was established again, the camera jumping was gone.
