Just download Force Rotation, its free and it's small, and once you add the Mimio app and set it to the rotation you want, it will work every time you use Mimo.

Thank you but that's the very first thing I tried. I also tried many of these apps and NONE made Mimo work as it has to do. All these force rotation apps work with all my othere apps but Mimo because this f&#king app  bypass it accessing directly the sensor orientation indication, I read it in another post in the forum

Hi, I wouldn't have posted this if it didn't work, I can assure you that the app I mentioned works 100%, I have just tested it before posting this reply just in case something had changed, so it deffo works for me, I have the Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5g, perhaps its an individual device issue?

You did add Mimo to the rotation app and you did try the various options to set how Mimo will act, yes?
I tried both Landscape and Portrait and both worked as expected

Thanks for your kind answer.
Yes, I tried everything as I've already explained in this post :
https://forum.dji.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=313838
and here :
https://forum.dji.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=313141

I also tried Force Rotation app and I assure you it doesn't work best.

As written here :  https://forum.dji.com/forum.php? ... 3&page=1#pid3283383
"DJI Mimo will directly call the mobile phone sensor data to identify the orientation and will not be affected by the mobile phone’s “orientation lock” or “auto rotation” settings."

So, it's not a device problem, it's a development choice problem.

Please understand that I'm quite 50, a +30 years experienced programmer, I had my first computer when I was a child.
I don't know everything on the subject but I know a lot...

We have DJI drones from the F450 ! Several Fantoms Pro and Mavics.
For sure it's the last DJI Product we buy.

Now that's enough we contact apple and several Youtubers that are not afraid of DJI  and we know some famous ones as we are a communication company.

For a communication company, you have a very interesting way of communicating.

For a communication company, you have a very interesting way of communicating.

When you have walls in front of you, you got to say harder what you have to say.
Especially when those walls think they are unbreakable.
With the right tool and the right time, everything crack, believe me.

Users are reporting this for some time now -> https://forum.dji.com/thread-307436-1-1.html
But DJI don't do anything.
It's a so ridiculous thing to correct that can be made in 5 minutes in one hand and drinking a coffee with the other one.
