I’m currently facing an issue with using the video output over USB-C on my DJI Transmission Kit (using a PC), and I'm hoping someone here can provide some guidance.

Equipment I'm Using:
- DJI Wireless Video Transmitter
- DJI Wireless Receiver
- USB-C cable
- PC

What I've Tried So Far:
1. Connected the DJI Wireless Receiver using a USB-C cable.
2. Powered on both devices and ensured they are properly linked.
3. On my PC, I opened the default camera app and was able to see the video feed.
4. Tried to use the video feed on applications like Zoom, but it didn't work. The video feed is not detected by these applications.

Additional Steps Taken:
- Checked for firmware updates and installed the latest versions.
- Verified the necessary drivers were installed on my PC.

Despite these efforts, I still can't get the video output over USB-C to work on my PC, especially with applications like Zoom.

Has anyone else encountered similar issues or have any suggestions on how to resolve this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

yea would be great

it's working for me but, zoom  gives me black screen, skype it's ok, trying to test in some other systems to be able to select witch one i will be using.

Last firmware on the monitor, just connected usb-c to usb-a on the computer with win10 x64 and it recognized as a webcam, but only worked so far with skype. on selecting the webcam to use, just chhose the monitor
on zoom it stayed black screen

One of my last tests, seems to have an issue due to the usb cable, giving me an error, but still on testing all ods
