Hi. I would like to share an error that I have encountered frequently in the last week. I encountered this problem on July 27. Even though the number of satellites is over 25, I receive a weak signal error and the remote control and mini3pro suddenly disconnect. After turning it off and on again, sometimes it does not automatically identify the device. I checked for updates and completed the missing updates. But the same problem continues. There is no reason to jam the signal around me. When the number of satellites is 25, the connection with the remote is lost again. I reset the remote control, but it did not help. I cannot use my drone since July 28th. I wish I could reset my drone like when I first bought it.

Hi there, could you please tell us the current firmware version? You can try to refresh the firmware and relink the drone and remote controller to see if the issue still exists.

Of Course.
For Mini3 Pro
-Current version; V01.00.0900
Even though it was up to date, I refreshed again with the same update.
For DJI RC-


Everything is fine, but when I go to a skiin area to fly, problems occur as before. When I put the remote control at the bottom of the drone, the signal is medium level. But when I pick up the remote control, the connection is lost.

I would like to apologize and say that after receiving this error before, I was able to fly once again. So I'm worried about getting the same error again.
