Hi there,
Thank You for reaching out. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing. It seems like a GPS signal issue. GPS signals can be intercepted due to environmental barriers, signal interference and GPS hardware malfunction.
Could you confirm if you were able to successfully link your goggles with your aircraft? Please refer to the user manual on page 20th for the linking process. DJI Avata 2 user manual
Upon linking try the steps below;
1. After linking the aircraft and Goggles with the remote controller or motion controller, Keep the goggles connected to DJI Fly, then test in an outdoor environment with good GPS signal;
2. Keep the goggles connected to DJI Fly, ensure that the mobile device has been connected to a network. If a warning stating “Country code not updated”, please follow the instructions to update.
3. Connect the drone, goggles and the remote controller/motion controller respectively to the DJI Assistant 2 (Consumer Drone Series) to refresh the firmware when a network is connected.
4. Restart all devices then to try again.
Please do test in an outdoor environment with good GPS signal other than the current location. If issue still persist please reach us back to assist further. We are looking forward to your response for further assistance. Thank You |
