Just missed the sunset, shot in 24FPS/100ISO/50 shutter speed, ND8 was still on there as well, I know it is dark, tried to play with scope and LUNs but it just generated more noise, next time I'll fly 15 minutes before sunset ;)
Awesome scenery. Nice views. Just take the ND8 off. The footage looks about 2 or 3 stops dark. Removing the ND would keep your settings and give you better exposure.
15 minutes earlier might gain a stop so maybe a ND2 or nothing.
Do you use a polarizer?
We learn from trial and error. I am sure you will know what to do next time, in terms of what filter to use or not to use. Really nice shots and P3 control. I would like to see you shoot the same place again.

It was a huge difference just before sunset, and didn't use a polariser, have the DJI filter set, so with an ND filter on I couldn't use the polariser. Could have upped the ISO I guess.
Nice, been to Malta once to visit friends at De La Salle and fell in love with it. Your video brings back good memories. Looking forward to seeing more of your work.
The light levels and quality do change alot near sunset so like Bobcat said experiment.
Staying near 100 ISO is best ,try change the ND filter and remove it when your close to sunset see what happens
