I noticed today during an automated LIDAR mapping mission in Pilot 2 that I am able to rotate the L2 gimble when it should be locked.

I checked and toggled off/on the "Lock Gimbal while Shooting", but the setting made no difference.

I flew 5 LIDAR missions in a row and only during the first mission were both gimbles properly locked at 90 degrees and I recieved the usual warning message that I cannot rotate gimbles while running a mapping mission.

Is this a bug or am missing an additional setting somewhere?

I have noticed this too. If you move the gimbal around prior to the first flight line being started, it'll remain at that position when it should move to a nadir position. I've had to stop and restart several missions because of this.
