Hi,

Long story short, is don't send your drone to DJI for repair.

They've lost mine and are now telling me they won't give me any compensation, even though they provided the postage and tracking via UPS.  I have provided them with everything they asked for.

Apparently they received a paid of sunglasses instead, and they just offered to send the sunglasses to me instead of finding and returning my drone.  They are unable to offer me compensation.

Just a warning for anyone looking to either buy, or get a DJI drone reparied.

Don't do it.

I will not be wasting money on any of their kit again.

Ive sent several drones and many batteries back to DJI via the UPS labels they provide for UK to Netherlands service and never had a problem,   we shouldn't let a one off incident deter people from buy DJI products in the UK.

Did they lose your batteries or drone when you sent them back?

Things go missing.  I get that.  It's what the company does after that matters.

Letting people know that if your drone goes missing and they don't do anything about it ,would certainly make me think twice about sending them in the first place.

My drone is now gone and DJI say there is nothing they can do for me, even though they provided all the postage and tracking.

No,  UPS did a reasonable job apart from their poor tracking.        Have you complained to UPS about it ?

Yes.  Also to DJI.

Even to the place I dropped the parcel off.
