Hi,
Long story short, is don't send your drone to DJI for repair.
They've lost mine and are now telling me they won't give me any compensation, even though they provided the postage and tracking via UPS. I have provided them with everything they asked for.
Apparently they received a paid of sunglasses instead, and they just offered to send the sunglasses to me instead of finding and returning my drone. They are unable to offer me compensation.
Just a warning for anyone looking to either buy, or get a DJI drone reparied.
Don't do it.
I will not be wasting money on any of their kit again.
