What is the problem with the operating system?
Don't you have a QC unit?
Are they all unemployed who buy every series of your products and then come to you to solve the problem?
People have jobs. You hurt everyone who bought this device and end with an apology?

u better give people a Solution where they can fix that at home and not to send it and wait for 6 weeks. It should be possible to set it back to factory options and then update to new firmware. Ill get mine tomorrow and if i have rhe same issue i will not be able to fixbit caise on monday ill got to miami and will use it there. so unable to wait 6 weeks.
