Hi there, thank you for reaching out and we do apologize for the trouble caused. Could you please try the below troubleshooting steps and see if it works:
1) try another battery (if any) for troubleshooting, If the issue is resolved after using another battery, it indicates that the battery is malfunctioning.
2) For aircraft models whose firmware can be refreshed via DJI Assistant 2 on the computer, insert the battery into the aircraft body, connect it to a computer and refresh the firmware via DJI Assistant 2 to resolve the issue.
Preconditions: The aircraft body can be powered on after the battery is inserted.
3) If the issue persists, perform a cross-test to determine if the problem lies with the battery or the device. If it is with the battery, send it for repair within the warranty period, or purchase a new one if the warranty has expired.
4) If the issue is with the device, it can be sent for repair regardless of warranty status. Should it be impossible to determine whether the issue is caused by the battery or device, it is recommended to send both the battery and the device back for inspection.
