I'm setting up a P4Pv2 that my employer bought a couple of years ago.  As far as I know, it has never been used before (the propellers were still in plastic). I updated the firmware on both the drone and controller, and everything seems to be fine other than gimbal.  At startup, it raises up and then down at which point it goes limp.  There is a slight vibration as if it is trying to do something but it just hangs straight down.  I tried the gimbal calibration which the controller says is completed successfully, although nothing ever moves.  It just hangs down the whole time.  The camera is sending a signal to the controller but its pitch cannot be adjusted and it is shaky during flight (no stabilization).  I have tried refreshing/downgrading the firmware but nothing changes.
Any thoughts?
