The app won't load on my pixel 7a. I get a white screen or sometimes the DJI fly logo and nothing else.

I have tried the latest version  1.13.10 and a few older ones. Please help.

That's not really an option as it would mean having to buy a new phone. Pixel devices are mainstream devices.

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Your device is not Listed as a Supported Mobile Device on DJI Official Website. Generally, devices not listed as supported mobile devices can also be used if their system versions are the same or later than those published on the DJI official website (Beta system versions may not be compatible), but their stabilization has not yet been verified. It is recommended that you download and install the app to test the basic functions, or go to a nearby outlet (if any) for product testing before purchasing. Thank you for your understanding and support.

I have the same problem with the Pixel 8 Pro. Reinstalling the app hasn't resolved the issue either. Please note that Google has released the 'Google Play system updates' for August. I'm using a supported device, so that can't be the issue.

This is my new problem as well. Pixel 8 Pro has been working fine with DJI Fly app ....even up until yesterday. Today I can't open the app, I have completed all of the suggested trouble shooting with no success.

Hello,

I have the exact same problem with a Pixel 7a. Everything was working fine until yesterday.
Clearing cache or reinstalling don't change anything.

Is there a way to revert back the Google play services without a computer?

That's really annoying, especially because I'm now in holiday in Vietnam and I really need it...
So much instability is not acceptable. I don't recall having this issues with DJI Go.

There is no "storage/android/data/dji.go.v5" folder.

There is, but it's hidden. You can access it on computer, since Andorid 11 it's blocked to access it from the phone/tablet itsself.
In general DJI don't likes Pixel devices, Google has placed so many layers of security and data access, which is not good for company stealing customer data, why do you think DJI Fly is not on the play store.I have a Pixel 7 and I'm on Android 15, so I can't use DJI Fly so far, but I know what happened, on the latest A14 patch , google closed some door and the DJI Fly can't get hands on the data, has happened many times in the last year. In Andorid 15 DJI Fly is directly blocked from the OS and a pop up comes, that the app is dangerous

I specifically did it on the PC. There are folders from other programs but none from DJI.

A Lenovo Tab is not a Pixel 8 Pro.
The error is likely related to the original problem.

Possible, maybe google cut down the access to internal/android/data....

just a thought, try creating an empty folder dji.go.v5 in storage/android/data and see if it starts

DJI hates Pixel owners...  Last year I took a cheap (~€100) Redmi Note 12 brand new, just to use as a drone display and since, my Pixel is only hotspot

I appreciate your efforts in addressing this startup error as a known issue. However, I believe this problem is caused by the Android security patch, affecting not only unverified devices but also those that were previously functioning normally under warranty.

If this is the case, shouldn't the log collection request be extended to all users who have experienced sudden malfunctions, regardless of whether their devices are officially supported?

Rejecting devices outside of the warranty scope and only requesting logs from those under warranty seems like a mechanical response that will erode trust.

Moreover, for devices under warranty, DJI should have verified the functionality of the Pixel 8 Pro with the latest updates and collected logs if any issues arose.

I kindly request a more user-centric approach.
