Yes you are correct this is an "enclave of well-to-do'" folks.Further down there are a few islands that have one one resident.

Summer is a little hard to define, this year
I don't think I'll be buying a property on those islands anytime soon

We had heat waves here that made it tough to get out to fly after 10:00am. If it wasn't the heat, it the rain or wind gusts over 20 mph.

Not quite those extremes here, but variable and unpredictable weather has kept us grounded more than we would like.
