Until a few days ago, the DJI Fly app was functioning without any issues. However, when I tried to start it today, it became unresponsive and stuck on the DJI logo screen.
I'm using a Pixel 8 Pro, and the app is updated to the latest version 1.13.10. I've attempted to resolve this by restarting the device, clearing the app's cache and storage, and even reinstalling it, but the problem persists. Furthermore, I've tried reverting to older versions of the app (13.9, 13.4) but encountered the same freezing issue on the logo screen. All other applications on my smartphone are operating normally, indicating that the problem likely lies with the DJI Fly app. Could you please provide any potential solutions?

Hier das selbe Problem! Offenbar gehen alle DJI APPS die nicht über den Playstore installiert wurden, nicht mehr. Ich nutze ein Google Pixel 5. Offenbar gab es ein Android Sicherheitsupdate. Das ist extrem ärgerlich. Gott sei Dank nutze ich bei der Mini 4 Pro die RC2 Fernbedienung. Aber bei meinem Pocket 2 (MIMO APP) hat mich das heute bei der Radtour sehr behindert.  DJI Support beheben sie das Problem mit ihren Produkten, für die ich viel Geld bezahlt habe schnellst möglich!!!!!

Yep. Mine too. It literally stopped working for no apparent reason

I have uninstalled and retested updates for Google Maps, Private Compute Services, Google, Google Photos, and Pixel Camera Services, all of which were commonly updated between August 13th and 15th, just in case. Unfortunately, the situation has not improved. I am at a loss for what to do next. I hope that DJI Fly will address this issue urgently.

Google pixel 7 and same sort of issue. Worked yesterday but after updates to both app and Android the app fires up but stalls halfway. Please fix this soon. I brought the drone on a holiday and now stuck not being able to fly. Please help. Thanks.

I just remembered. How much I paid for this and it should not be like this at all what I stumped for my Mavic 3. Totally agree.

I think that these are the 'Google Play system updates' from August.Same Problem here Pixel 8 Pro.

Same here. Fly App won't start. I have reinstalled a number of times but to no avail. Very frustrating.
Any assistance from DJI?

Same with the dji mimo app, it stucks on dji logo unistalled and reinstalled it many times no issues, on an iphone without problems but i got a xiaomi 13T Pro.

I've gathered information suggesting that the recent issues with the DJI Fly app might be linked to Android's August monthly update. The problem doesn't seem to occur immediately after the update but rather within a few days. (In my case, I was able to fly right after the update.)

As a user, I've tried everything from reinstalling the app to reverting to older versions, but the issue persists. It appears that DJI is aware of this problem and has started working on a solution.

I believe the issue won't be resolved until DJI releases an updated version of the Fly app.

DJI is asking the submitter of the app compatible model Google Pixel 8 Pro to provide the app log, but the Google Pixel 8 Pro hides the DJI data folder even from a PC, so this is an impossible request. If you have a model other than the Pixel and are able to do so, please send it to DJI support.

Yeah strange my DJI Fly App isn't working but I'm on the One Plus Nord which runs Android 12. I was thinking it was a problem on my end since I was able to fly shortly after updating the app the day before yesterday.

Had the same issue even with earlier updates from a year ago when I tried rolling back to previous versions. DJI Fly app crashes and shows the message "DJI Fly app has failed to start several times, would you like to clear history?" Even that does nothing.

I spent the last 2 hours trying to figure it out instead of starting on another project lol...

Google Pixel 6 Pro - usually faultless with DJI fly, I have run into the same issue since August update, rolling back and older version app installation not helped, fortunately I have Litchi too so I can fly but as I prefer DJI Fly app for the day to day operating I'm waiting for an updated version, I would appreciate anything to test out, I can confirm that access to the DJI logs are restricted even from a computer now.
