Until a few days ago, the DJI Fly app was functioning without any issues. However, when I tried to start it today, it became unresponsive and stuck on the DJI logo screen.
I'm using a Pixel 8 Pro, and the app is updated to the latest version 1.13.10. I've attempted to resolve this by restarting the device, clearing the app's cache and storage, and even reinstalling it, but the problem persists. Furthermore, I've tried reverting to older versions of the app (13.9, 13.4) but encountered the same freezing issue on the logo screen. All other applications on my smartphone are operating normally, indicating that the problem likely lies with the DJI Fly app. Could you please provide any potential solutions? |
