DJI mic 2 no sound when connect to osmo pocket 3
The dji mic two does everything it’s supposed to due connection wise
It shows it’s connected even sends an display  message saying it’s connect  on the osmo pocket screen with battery percentage
The sound bar light thing blinks on the DJI osmo pocket 3 screen at the top
When I record I get no sound as though there is a internal problem with the DJI mic two with recording
The osmo pocket sound works perfect as it should when the mic is not connected when I play back video sound is great
When I do the same with the DJI mic to it doesn’t work no sound at all on the video

Also in pro mode I made sure that the microphone was not on mute mode as I seen that was a common problem for others so that is not the problem


Please help
I have the creator combo
And the mic is not working  it’s mic firm ware is 3.05.05.12

The firmware version of osmosis pocket 3 is 01.04.08.02
The sound when using only the transmitter for recording is not picking up recording at all
When I connect the device to computer to hear on play back no sound is playing but the file Is showing that it’s playing but no sound as though there’s some internal problem with the microphone

May I confirm if you mean you press the Record button on the left side of the transmitter to enable internal recording. Then, import the audio file into a computer with a Type-C cable to check whether the sound is normally recorded in the file. And the recorded audio is abnormal, right? In this case, we recommend you send the device back for inspection. http://www.dji.com/support
