I attached an Insta 360X2  camera to a DJI FPV drone and flew it.
Unfortunately, I couldn't get a stable flight with the camera mounted vertically on top of the drone, I had to position it horizontally, which didn't give me the angle I wanted, but I still got an interesting video.
To view it, you must set the quality to 4k.
You can use the mouse to rotate the video, and use the wheel to change the scale.

This is a 360 video. You need to rotate it with the mouse to watch from all sides. You can look at the drone from above, you can turn the camera back. The camera is mounted on top specifically so that the drone itself gets into the frame. The quality is not very high, since the camera shoots 5k for the entire 360 ​​sphere. You can zoom out with the mouse wheel to get better quality.

That sounds great.  While you were enjoying nature I was enjoying scuba diving on a nearby ocean reef and observing quite a few different species of marine life.  So great weekend for both of us.

Scuba diving on reefs in a warm sea is my dream) In the Baltic Sea this won't work.

I see where the average temperature of the Baltic Sea ranges from 12 to 17 degrees Celsius in summer and from 2 to 4 degrees Celsius in winter.  That's way too cold for me to diver there either.

Ocean temps here average 21Celsius in the winter up to 28 Celsius in the summer.  So we are able to dive year around.

In the Baltic Sea, diving is only done in wetsuits and only by professional amber miners. There is nothing else to see underwater.

I do have a really nice cold water wetsuit.  It is 7mm thick.

A lot of my country visits were while stationed on various US Navy ships and while stationed overseas a couple of times in Europe I traveled extensively.

I have an Insta360x4 camera with 8k resolution on a 360 sphere, it has a much better image, but it is too heavy to put it on top of the drone, and I don’t think it’s interesting to put it on the bottom, although I have such a mount.

Yes, most people think it makes sense to mount the camera from below, but I needed an unusual angle of how the drone flies above the surface. This is just an experiment. I will also mount the camera from below if I find an interesting object to shoot.
