Hi,
I have a Pixel 7 phone, a Mini 4 Pro drone, and an RC N2 controller. Until yesterday, everything was working perfectly. However, starting today, whenever I launch the DJI Fly app, I only see the splash screen, and then the app crashes. I’ve tried clearing the cache, clearing user data, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, restarting the phone, and even using an older version of the app, but unfortunately, the result is the same. There hasn't been any new update on my phone. After searching online, I found that I'm not the only one experiencing this issue. The drone is currently unusable, and the problem seems to be purely software-related (since everything was working fine until yesterday). Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

I'm trying to work out what's been updated to stop it working, I tried an earlier version of DJI fly and it's not working either, so it may be a security update on the phone itself?

Your device is not listed as a Supported Mobile Device on DJI Official Website. Generally, devices not listed as supported mobile devices can also be used if their system versions are the same or later than those published on the DJI official website (Beta system versions may not be compatible), but their stabilization has not yet been verified. It is recommended that you download and install the app to test the basic functions, or go to a nearby outlet (if any) for product testing.

At the moment this is a known issue for some compatible devices.  If it works on your device, you can try the temporary alternative method provided on your DM for this issue. But if it doesn't we are unable to assist further as it is not listed in the official site. Thank you for your understanding and support.

You need to allow 3rd party application on your Android phone when asked. Then it will allow you to install it..

I have the same issue with my DJI Mini 2 and a Pixel 7. On the 26th I used it without any problems, the day after the app crashed after launching. That's really annoying, because I'm actually on holiday and would like to use my drone... Hope the fix will come soon!
