Some time ago, I noticed the photo mode reset itself to single shot and does not remember the AEB mode I'm used the last time.
I have just made 3 flights and every time, it reset to single shot mode.

I asked about this a couple of months ago, but it seemed solved with a FW update.
I'm using the RC (updated to the last FW) and the Mini 3 Pro is also updated.

Anything I can provide to give further information?

With the latest firmware of the RC it is still present.
I made 3 flights and with every flight, I had to change the photo shooting mode back to the one I always use (AEB5)

This happens to me from time to time too.

No. It was quite calm weather.

Thats unusual,  Im convinced that the wind doesnt help.

It is not depending on the wind. Just happens quite often.
As does the change in photo mode, even with the battery installed during storage.

I did some tests and I am running the latest RC firmware.
I tried with and without battery installed on the drone between flights.RC had plenty of battery left on all occasions.  
There is usually at least 1 day between my flights, but sometimes it happened with only 5 minutes between the flights.
On multiple occasions the fly app started with the 'single shot mode' and I had it both when the drone was stored with and without battery (so that did not seem to cause it).

2 out of 10 flights it did remember the last photo mode, but the other 8 times it started with the single shot mode.
