I have two batteries that have swollen they were purchased with the drone back in 2021 I understand that they are out of warranty but they have had 33 charges in three yearsOnly one battery is perfect that has had 55 charges

So I'm guessing I received two dodgy batteries DJ I support have not been any help whatsoever
Has anyone else had an issue with their batteries before and what have you done?

Updates they have offered me €100

No, it's not resolved they're asking for more details no, I have disposed of the batteries due to not being safe they are trying their best to avoid payment I'm now starting court procedures
Please see images with S/N I understand they are out of warranty I've had them 3 years . 30 to 33 charges 10 charges per year two of the batteries out of the three have swollen the one that hasn't swollen has had 57 charges and is perfect
