Hi All
Can some helpme what to do, I just bought a DJI Air 3, but since i bought it there have been a few problems with the main camera, not the tele camera. All photo/video take by main camera are blurry on the right. Of course, my drone still has a 1 year guarantee with TAM in Indonesia.

However, I was a little disappointed, when I claimed the warranty with TAM Indonesia by sending my drone to TAM, I don't know what went wrong, My Drone was returned to me without any repairs or replacement at all.

Thanks for your feedback, so you know that I really like dji products especially drones. So I bought dji air 3 to replace my old Phantom 4 pro plus.

I really like dji air 3 with its flight time, dimensions, wind speed resistance, low noise, etc. But this time I think I'm unlucky with the blurry camera on the right.

I have PM the drone serial number and my contact via email. Thank you

No, I did not send a message to that email address, because my drone's guarantee is a national guarantee by TAM Indonesia, not international.
