Hello. Dear Forum users. I gave up using my drone for a while due to the problem I experienced. When I returned home, I wanted to shoot a video for the forum. But I encountered the same problem I had before. What do you think I should do? Can I return the drone and buy another model by paying the price difference?

But when I take the remote control and move away a little, the connection becomes weak.

Hello. Please note that flight distance sometimes relates to the flight environment, we would suggest that you fly the drone in a wide and broad place. The trees/buildings between the drone and the controller may cause interference. Also, the position of the antennas has a great effect, too. Please make sure the remote controller is pointed toward the aircraft. Besides, we suggest connecting the aircraft to the computer, checking the aircraft firmware version in the DJI Assistant 2, and trying linking after updating and refreshing the aircraft’s firmware to the latest version.

Hello. Updates via DJI Assistant are already the latest version. It is seen in the photo. But the problem here is not the flight distance, dear admin. Again, as you can see in the photo, you can see how the signal weakens and breaks when you move the remote control towards the device and move it 40 cm away. Besides, I flew many times before making the latest updates. But I did not encounter such a problem. I even flew next to devices belonging to the police and gendarmerie that could weaken the signal, but I never experienced signal weakening. Apparently this problem is only present in me. Because I encounter this problem after updating. As far as I understand, we cannot solve the problem.
