hello i just inquired a dji mini 2 i know nothing of its past  everytme i go to record something it omly runs about 15 sec of reord time and doesnt store it on the sd witch is brand new the brand is a sony 4k card is this card not compatable or is there something im missing in the settings  thx

May we confirm if you are getting any error messages? You can check the Recommended microSD Cards for Mini 2 through this link here: https://www.dji.com/support/product/mini-2

If your microSD card is not on the list, please consider trying one of the microSD cards from the list as a replacement.

hello i just switched out the sd card for a different  brand now it records fine  now i just have problems with the camera jittering  randomly I think I am going to have to replace the  gimble unit as the camera sticks  on boot-up have a great day

Can you please post a sample video showing the said issue for us to be able to see and assist you further? Please perform gimbal calibration in the app. Using with DJI Fly: [Settings -> Control -> Gimbal Calibration].
