After the last Android 14 update from the end of July, the DJI Fly application no longer opens, Even though I give it all the permissions in the phone settings - Motorola Edge 50 Ultra.  The notification I receive informs me that privacy settings are missing from the application.  Please consider solving these problems more quickly.  
I ask the DJI representatives not to respond to this topic with the embarrassing reply that proposes an Android downgrade or the use of an older generation phone.
As many users of DJI products have said over time, we invest considerable sums in your products and you don't seem to respect that properly.

Your device is not listed as a Supported Mobile Device on DJI Official Website. Generally, devices not listed as supported mobile devices can also be used if their system versions are the same or later than those published on the DJI official website (Beta system versions may not be compatible), but their stabilization has not yet been verified. It is recommended that you download and install the app to test the basic functions, or go to a nearby outlet (if any) for product testing. At the moment this is a known issue for some compatible devices.  If it works on your device, you can try the temporary alternative method provided on your DM for this issue. But if it doesn't we are unable to assist further as it is not listed in the official site. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Have you tried the link provided on your DM? As mentioned it is a known issue, however we are unable to troubleshoot further if issue still persist if the provided link is not working. We have no information on the device that is not listed on our official site. Thank you for your understanding and support.

This patch was given to us by DJI, so to "keep up" with the Safety update (not really Android OS related) released about two weeks ago...

If the majority of you guys did bother to read this forum, you would have already realised that the patch has been available for the past week...

Thanks again, Burt. Obviously, I will try the patch you recommended. I also continue to believe that a patch is not proof that a brand that has 90 percent of the world market in the drone segment respects its customers.  When you claim to be a world leader, you behave as such and offer stable and universally usable IT solutions.

Perhaps you misunderstood me...

DJI has no control whatsoever on what google Android does with their OS and/or safety updates...

So when the new safety update came out and it was noticed that the DJI Fly app was no longer working, DJI managed to come up with a patch within 72 hours of the issue being recorded...

I'm not disputing the reasons for this to happen, be that the DJI Fly app may still has some back doors that needed to be closed for the app to work after the new security update, or that maybe there are other apps that have stop working on the Android phone and we simply don't know yet...

Bottom line is that the app works again and the issue was resolved promptly...

Totally agree! DJI should be a professional company and take things more seriously. I own a Google pixel 6a.f phone for many years. Never had issues.

Now big problem. DJI fly app will not start. Blank screen
