i bought a mini 4k drone on amazon (a product return)
i can't change the account of my mini4k because it was registered by the first person to have ordered it, i only have part of his email and he disconnected the remote control from his account but not the drone, how can i do to reset it?

You cant,  only the original owner can,  I would contact Amazon for a return.

Yes, second-hand drones can only contact the original owner to unbind. We suggest contact the seller to deal with it.
