Hello. Can you provide us with the original video and LOG?
Camera logs:
1. Go to camera unit System Settings - Device Info. Tap “Export Logs”.
2. Mount the camera unit and front touchscreen module/power module. Connect to Osmo Action 3 and a computer using a USB cable.
Osmo Action 3: Use the USB-C cable to connect Osmo Action 3 to a computer.
3. Select “File Transfer” on the Osmo Action 3 screen. Go to “My Computer”. Find the corresponding disc for the Osmo Action 3 (internal storage).
4. Export all log files and zip them. Send the entire zip file back for analysis and confirmation (Also check the time point when the abnormality occurred to determine the log position).

I have shared 1 video with you to check. If you get the solution for that video then i will share all the videos with you.
Hello. You may save it through a shareable link like Google Drive and DropBox, then send the link here. We will check this further for you.

Hello there,
We're sorry to hear about the issue with your Osmo Action 3. Could you please check if the video format is using HEVC (H.265) compression? Additionally, have you tried playing the files with another media player, such as PotPlayer, to see if they play correctly?
Thank you for your cooperation.
