Worst Customer support and service from DJI Pros: Great camera at great price Cons If you get any issue in the camera, forget about the warranty, if there is even is single scratch, they will try to find a way to null and void your warranty.  Then shamefully they will offer to completely replace the whole camera at the cost of new camera and then they will keep the old camera, which they might sell as refurbished after repair or what  No repair, they will not repair, and even you have problem in one module, They won’t replace that one module, they will offer complete replacement. Which will cost you the same price  Why would someone take replacement, if you can buy a new product at the same price and keep the old one, which you may try to get repair outside or else use the module which might be working  I was just having issue with the front screen module, which they denied to repair and shamefully offered me the new came at the price of new product
