DJI's new product, the DJI Neo, is a compact, beginner-friendly drone that is generating a lot of buzz due to its affordability and advanced features tailored for novice users and those looking for an easy-to-use flying camera. Here’s what we know so far: Size and Design: The DJI Neo is a small, lightweight drone weighing only 135 grams, making it highly portable. Its design includes enclosed propellers, enhancing safety, especially for indoor use and for beginners. Camera and Video Capabilities: It is equipped with a 1/2-inch sensor capable of shooting 4K video at 30 fps. The camera is stabilized with a single-axis gimbal, ensuring smooth footage. The drone also features AI-driven subject tracking, which is useful for capturing moving subjects automatically. Features: The Neo supports several intelligent flight modes, including QuickShot for automated video capture, voice control, and palm takeoff and landing, making it very user-friendly.
