Spotted whilst roaming around Marple yesterday.  Traffic observation camera neatly concealed amonst a row of cars.
There was at least one occupant, but the windows had reflective screens attached.

Interesting find Mr. B.    Kind of hard to hide a traffic enforcement vehicle with a tall camera system mounted on the roof.  I've seen a few ANPR systems installed at parking garages.  Just another way that we are being watched.  

I was about to moan about it being illegal,   but thats a cloth in the front windows.    They have those in Southend and they will ticket you for any violation.   But they usually drive about looking for bad parking etc.

Yes, it was one of those foil-lined blankets you can unfold into the windscreen to keep the sun off.

Some of the larger cities here have facial recognition cameras on every block and sometimes many in between.  So yes, we are always being watched.  Privacy...that went away a long time ago.  

Looks like an oven - or one of those cars converted to wood burners after the war...

All of the above
Checks against the Police database for current or former infractions, like no MOT, insurance, Road tax, links to driving bans or crimes.
Etc.

I've seen people reverse hi-top vans up behind them so they can see nothing, and they're hemmed in so they can't drive off somewhere else.

Now that would be a sight to see,    the ones around our parts tend to just drive around catching people I dont recalled seeing any parked up like this.

Mrs.B appeared once, but there's been an update since and she's been removed.  I even checked back on the earlier images but she's no longer there.
