I bet it was.  Lot to offer potential clients in that building plus the perk of a helipad nearby.  

I think that Helipad has seen better days.

Having looked at that link I think you're right,  it looks like it would fit in well with the tv show Episodes if you  remember that.

It will be a massive place. I told my son to look into planning for a job there. He is a cameraman now for CUNY TV. It would be a good step up..

Yes, I understand they are non union so they don't pay much for studio work. Although it's close.
