Hi there
We apologize for the inconvenience that you are encountering.
Could you please try to update it by using DJI Assistance 2?
Kindly request you follow these steps as below:
1. Connect the RC2 to a PC using a USB Type-C cable with the controller powered off.
2. Power on the remote controller.
3. Launch DJI Assistant 2, and log in using a DJI account.
4. Click GRC, and then the firmware update button on the left side.
5. Select and confirm the firmware version.
6. DJI Assistant 2 will download and update the firmware automatically.
7. The remote controller will restart after the update.

You can email flysafe@dji.com if theres a geozone issue to correct.

Hello everyone. I'm having problems after upgrading my RC-n1 controller. When I connect the controller, the DJIfly APP opens but then disconnects. I've tried reinstalling it and nothing has worked yet. With so much technology in DJI equipment, I find it strange that upgrades cause so many problems for so many people! We need a version that works! Note: My drone is only two months old!

Have you tried refreshing the firmware on the RC-N1 controller via DJI Assistant 2 software?
