Hello all, this is the first time I've posted here so I'm not sure is this is the right place to post this. I bought a Mini 4 Pro about 3 weeks ago. I finally took it out of the box today, all the batteries and remote are charged, I took it out, pressed the battery/power button, the little lights came on, I then pressed for the recommended 2 secs and.....nothing. I tried this several times but to no avail. There is no sign of life at all. Am I missing something here or do i have a duff unit?

Hi Nikonitis, thank you for reaching out. To turn on the aircraft and the controller, please try to press, and then press and hold the power button to turn them on.

If they are still could not be turned on, please take a quick video showing how the LEDs are behaving, and we'll be happy to help you out.  Thanks.
