Although I haven't submitted any points for Audit this month (August 2024) my submission is being rejected with this message,
which is strange, as my last submission was in July 2024 (July 30th toi be exact).

For example, if you submitted the request on August 1st, since August 1st was a working day, the redemption review time may have already passed. I submitted immediately as the forum allows on the 1st of the month as I do every month I dont see why these would have been treated any different.
You can see from the screen shot below this is not usually a problem until last month nothing was processed,  and it would appear Im not the only one effected.

Hi DJI Thor - as with others on here my 5400 point submission on 01 August 2024 has not been redeemed and is also preventing me from submitting another 5400 points for September.

DJI Thor,  I have for months submitted points on the 1st of the month and they are not usually checked for 1 to 2 weeks later and we know that the August points were missed as Bleriot submitted his in July and they also were missed.

That's absolutely fine. Any organisation suffers administrative hiccups from time to time.
I'm not in the least annoyed about the situation. I wasn't looking for compensation as such, I just imagined it would be simply an administrative adjustment to my account. No matter.
