Hello , just a question can RC2 remote can be tracked without powered on ?

If it is turned off it is not sending any type of signal.  

Thank you for replying.  I understand that , but like phone gps still has power supplied to gps module in remote RC 2 even when remote is not powered up ? Anybody else can give insight?

The RC 2 is unable to install third-party applications; therefore, if tracking software is not installable, tracking is not possible.

Well my remote RC2 is been  tracked monitored even when remote is powered on GPS module is still transmitting signals ?
