We apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced. For further assistance, could you please confirm if the new batteries you purchased are DJI Osmo Action 4 batteries? If can, please try switching the battery with the original Osmo Action 4 battery. Additionally, please provide a screenshot of the error message you received indicating that the battery is abnormal and the camera won't record.
The mimo app is telling me the latest version is installed and ive managed to check the number against that reported on the camera, and its the same. When the original battery is installed the camera works well. I'd have thought third party batteries should work particularly if specific to the camera make and model. Any advice? |
