The diggers seen a lot of hedge cutting work last deason due to the way the weather turned. With many diggers getting fitted with mulching heads for working on land due to the low weight applied with the tracks. One of the Zaxxis 130-6 fitted with the Seppi header clearing back the shuck and over lying trees for the spring work to allow this field to be ploughed out and re sown

Wow, that mulching head gets it done quickly.  Of course the skilled operator makes it look easy when I'm sure that is quite the task to do.  Great job of filming this evolution.

I'm getting a bit tired of having to carry a brolly with me daily.  Supposed to be clear most of the upcoming week so I hope the weather guessers are right for a change.

Good to hear they have some good weather to be out combining.

I quickly learned growing up on a large farm that as farmers we relied on good weather to grow our food- too much rain lead to rotting plants, and insufficient rainfall made it difficult to grow crops and feed our animals. Too much wind made planting difficult, and freezing temperatures could quickly stunt plant growth.

Yeah, the official date is on 12 days away but it appears Autumn is rolling in much earlier in a lot of places.

Here we are looking at 90% forecast of rain daily through Saturday.  I'm just hoping the weather guessers are wrong.
