I would like to just use the transmitters for recording with a lav mic. I notice the volume level is very low. I usually record my audio with an extra Samsung Galaxy phone with attached Lav, and my levels are great. But I wanted something smaller, so I bought the DJI 2. When I brought the audio file into my editor after recording the audio, I noticed that the levels were much lower than my Samsung. I am filming inside with very little outside noise. I have to increase my gain to the max to get the desired level. I still would like it a little more. I only changed this with the transmitter. I have the latest DJI update. I tried with the low-cut filter on and off. Mic placement is where it should be. I tried with a lav and just the DJI 2 mic. The average level with gain of 12 is an audio level between 10 and 12. I would think I would get a level between 10 and 12 with a gain of around 4.  What settings are you all using? Is there a future problem with gain turned all the way up? With the new update, are you using the low cut filter? I can increase the volume with my editor, but would rather control it with DJI2.

And last, I wish the Galaxy Samsung S24 Ultra was compatible with the Bluetooth option. Hopefully an update in the future.

Thanks for any help. - Jeff

Do you have an Osmo Pocket 3 or the MIC 2 receiver? You can adjust the mic gain on these. If you are trying to use it as a standalone RECORDER without the P3 or a receiver, your options are very limited. To be honest, this is not the best device for that. Take a look at something like the Zoom F1 or more recent Deity PR-2. They are made for that exact job and are easy to adjust.

Hi Jeff, thank you for reaching out. Just to double confirm, you have placed the transmitter close to the sound source while using it, right? Could you please confirm if the recording result is the same for both transmitters? If yes, please provide the following information to us:
1) A sample audio file and the corresponding transmitter gain.
2) Distance between the transmitter and sound source.
You can upload the file to the link I sent you in PM. Thank you.

For connecting the Galaxy Samsung S24 Ultra, you may try this method: Open the system camera → select “PRO VIDEO" → MIC → select BT and see if you can then connect the mic with your phone via Bluetooth. If that does not work, it means Bluetooth connection is not supported with your phone. Your request will be recorded and forwarded to our engineers. Thank you for your attention.
