Hi all,

I am trying to record an audio podcast using the Mic 2 standalone and using the receiver to start/stop and control levels etc. I have low cut off, no noise reduction, Float 32 on and even with +10 gain I am getting low recordings. I have the mic centered on my chest at the t-shirt line.

As I am not using the receiver with any other device I have it at 0 gain.

The amount of boost I am having to use in GarageBand is not helping the audio at all.

I can see that other people have had this problem but no solutions? I have the latest firmware.

Just tried an experiment with both my transmitters at 12 gain and they only show yellow peak when I push my voice. Would a lav help?
