I bought the DJI Mic 2 as a standalone product to use the onboard recording feature.

When I connect a USB C cable to charge it, I see no lights indicating that it's charging.

If I power the device on while it's plugged in, it flashes Yellow, which I believe just indicates noise cancellation being on.

I've tried every combination of USB cable and chargers (a lot).

Please help

We apologize for the inconvenience. We recommend you charge for an extra 10 minutes to confirm that the slow initial charging response is not due to over-discharge. At the same time, if possible, could you record a video to capture the phenomenon? Please share the information here, as it may assist us in verifying the issue you're encountering.

I've linked a video of me plugging it in below. You can hear it Buzz when the cable goes in, but no lights. Yes I've left it charging for hours and no LEDs.
