This update is relevant for all drone operators who 1) registered their DJI drone in the U.S. and/or 2) have previously opted to store flight data in the U.S. with DJI—regardless of their current location.

Earlier this year, DJI announced that it would no longer offer the option for consumer and enterprise drone operators in the United States (U.S.) to sync their flight records to DJI’s servers. Access to flight data will end in mid-October for users of the DJI Fly app and on November 7 for users of the DJI Pilot app. All stored flight log data will be deleted.

DJI recommends that operators who have previously opted in to syncing their flight records with DJI, download and create a backup of their flight records as soon as possible.

Hello. There is no download flight record button in the DJI Fly App. If you need to export flight records, you can refer to the following export guide.

Do you mean an application to download your flight logs from the DJI Cloud? If so, you can do that with Flight Reader (https://www.flightreader.com).

I have an old Mavic Pro from around 2017 that I don't see on my DJI profile.  My new Mini 3 Pro does appear.  Can you help me access the Mavic Pro on my profile?  I am trying to access my flight records from the DJI Cloud storage so that I can download and archive them before DJI deletes them.  

Also, in the post above it mentions that access to flight records for users of the DJI Fly app will end mid October.  When I flew my Mavic Pro, I used the DJI Go app, not the DJI Fly app so will access for users of the DJI Go app also end the mid October?  If so, has a date been set for when in October?

If DJI are discontinuing the flight data retention on their cloud for US aircraft, does that mean that I’m still safe and can continue to log my flights to the DJI cloud if I live and operate in Australia ?

Is this why we have not heard anything about the 2024 Annual Flight report for other regions?  Are those of us in places like Australia not getting it because the American folks can't?
