Hi, I have sent in my drone for a replacement. They've had it since Thursday or Friday and it is now Tuesday evening and I still haven't heard nothing. It even says that they haven't even received any information. Yet. Says that UPS does not even have possession. All I've done has created a label so that-a-way they can Argue with you, but for everyone out there.This service is absolutely patheti.Wish I would win with autelrobotics no. Believe me next one i buy will be not DJI THATS FORSURE. TERRIBLE

Cas #CAS-17903374-H7X2X7 it shows that it was delivered yesterday and I checked everywhere and I did not see it? So now what do I do I guess I had a porch pirate thief I thought it was required for a signature to receive such a expensive item? Since I haven't received it can you all resend me my order please?
